Renee J. Conrad

A Bay Area native, Renée attended Castilleja School in Palo Alto. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a double major in Anthropology and French.  Renée earned her law degree (J.D.) from Santa Clara University.  While at Santa Clara, she took the opportunity to study law at Oxford University, England.  After receiving her J.D., she went on to earn a Masters degree (M.C.L) in law from Tulane University in New Orleans.  Renée speaks fluent French.

Renée worked as an extern at Federal District Court in San Jose for the Honorable Spencer Williams, which gave her insight into the inner workings of our Courts.  With over 20 years of experience as an attorney in the estate planning field, she focuses on estate planning, special needs planning, Medi-Cal planning, probate, and conservatorships.  Renée is skilled in developing practical and creative solutions for clients.  She also works to ensure that each client’s plan is carefully crafted for their needs while facilitating understanding of and comfort with their documents.  Renée worked for Gilfix & La Poll Associates at the beginning of her career and has recently returned due to her affinity for our unique approach. She currently resides in Saratoga, California with her two children.

She is a member of the Santa Clara Bar Association, American MENSA, Alliance Française, and enjoys volunteering at Montalvo.
