Renée J. Conrad

Attorney

A Bay Area native, Renée attended Castilleja School in Palo Alto. She graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. Renée earned her law degree (J.D.) from Santa Clara University. While at Santa Clara, she took the opportunity to study law at Oxford University, England. After receiving her J.D., she went on to earn an advanced degree (M.C.L) in law from Tulane University in New Orleans.  Renée speaks fluent French.

Renée worked as an extern at Federal District Court in San Jose for the Honorable Spencer Williams, which gave her insight into the inner workings of our Courts. With over 20 years of experience as an attorney in the estate planning field, she focuses on estate planning, special needs planning, Medi-Cal planning, probate, and conservatorships. Renée is skilled in developing practical and creative solutions for clients. She ensures that each client’s plan is carefully crafted while facilitating each client's understanding of and comfort with their documents. Renée worked for Gilfix & La Poll Associates LLP at the beginning of her career. She recently returned due to her affinity for our unique approach and our wonderful clients. Renée and her two children currently reside in Saratoga, California.

She is a member of the Santa Clara Bar Association, Santa Clara County Estate Planning Council, American MENSA, Alliance Française, and enjoys volunteering at Montalvo.
