Barbara Loebner holds a
Bachelor of Arts in Russian from the Monterey Institute of
International
Studies. She is also a graduate of University of Santa Clara
School of Law where she concentrated on estate planning and
taxation. She further honed her tax and legal research skills
working in the tax division of Arthur Anderson's silicon
valley office.
Ms. Loebner has used her experience and talents for the
benefit of many non-profit and civil endeavors. She currently
serves as Executive Vice President for California Sixth
District PTA (Santa Clara County) and was previously PTA
president and board member at elementary, middle and high
schools as well as at a local non-profit pre-school. Years of
service on the Parks and Recreation Commission and select task
forces on finance and traffic or the city of Los Altos further
demonstrate her commitment to the community. Additionally, she
is a current member of the board of directors and a past
president of Los Altos Sister Cities, Inc. where she employs
her communication and diplomacy skills in both English and
Russian.
Ms. Loebner enjoys the service nature of asset
preservation, tax and estate work to meet the individual needs
of each client.
