The Advance Health Care Directive allows you to name a trusted person who then has authority to make health care decisions on your behalf in the event that you are unable to do so. Additionally, a Health Care Directive will give that person guidance about how to make difficult choices that may come up.

Durable Powers of Attorney
The Durable Power of Attorney allows someone you trust to deal with your financial affairs. Powers granted to your "attorney in fact" can be very broad or quite limited.
